Return policy

When can I return an item?

If you receive a product you did not order, a damaged unused product, or one that differs from its description, as long as it is unused, in its packaging and with all its contents and instructions.

If you change your mind

If the parcel is unopened you can return it within 15 days of the order. If it was opened, within 7 days of receiving it.

Items that cannot be returned

Personal items, perishable or expired items, and products opened after delivery for health and hygiene reasons.

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders above 1500 EGP. Delivery is with Bosta, Aramex and Mylerz.
